Amy Rose
Amy Rose is the female protagonist of Radical Red. She has grown alot in maturity since the events at ARK, and has changed considerably in the time the love of her life, Sonic, has been absent. Even so, she still has some of her obsession over Sonic remaining.

Miles Prower
Miles, also known as Tails, now lives in an apartment with Amy. Tails being at least four years older, has shown a new side of himself; as seen in the old version of Radical Red when he asks Shadow something perverted about Amy as a joke.

Sally Acorn
Sally Acorn is somewhat different from her 1993 cartoon counterpart. She is not a freedom fighter and it is not known if she has actually seen Dr. Eggman or any of her friends in person (excluding Sonic).

Sonic the Hedgehog
Sonic plays a completely different role in Radical Red. He is no where near being a main character, and is only seen for a short time. He also claims he's often busy, leaving Sally and himself unable to exchange their true thoughts about how they feel about one another.
